In these conditions, 'you' and ""your"" are the Card purchaser or user. Blackhawk Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 123 251 703 ('Blackhawk') is Heritage's program manager for the Card, and Heritage and Blackhawk are collectively “us”, ""our"" and “we” in these conditions.
